STEP 1 – Rinse:
Pressure wash entire car
STEP 2 - Tires & Wheels / Wheel-wells:
Wheels: Wheel cleaner
Wheel-wells: CG’s Grim Reaper A.P.C.
STEP 3 – Wash / Strip Wax:
Products: CG’s Citrus wash & Gloss
For Sealant & Wax removal:
1 oz to 1 gallon water
STEP 4 - Surface Preparation:
Products: CarPro Iron X
Clay bar (cut into sections)
Clay lube / Mothers Quik detailer
*Save leftover clay for doing wheels and exhaust tips
STEP 5 - Wash - Dry:
Wash - see Step 3
STEP 6 - Taping of Trim and Emblems:
Products: Painters Blue Tape
Tape edges of panels to prevent damage
STEP 8 - Polishing:
Products: Meguires M105 on Surbuf pad
Meguires M205 on white pad
STEP 9 – Wipe down:
Products: Isopropyl Alcohol
Use 90% IPA at 1 part to 10 parts distilled water
STEP 10 – Glaze: (OPTIONAL STEP)
Products: CG’s EZ Creme Glaze on Soft Buff Pad (W9006)
STEP 11 - Sealant:
Products: Blackfire Wet Diamond Polymer Sealant on Blue pad
STEP 12 – Waxing:
Products: Blackfire Midnight Sun *Allow 8 hour cure time for BFWD before applying wax
STEP 13 - Final Wipe Down:
Products: CG’s V7
ENGINE BAY:
Cleaner: CG’s Grim Reaper A.P.C.
Dressing: 303 Aerospace Protectant
Plastic Trim: Mothers Back-to-Black
