Part of the reason for the delay on this order was that we ran all of our painted reflectors through quality control inspection here. We opened up each box from our supplier and rejected a significant quantity of the black reflectors because they had blemishes on them that we didn't think our customers would accept. We sent them back, and this caused a bit of inventory shortage and a few delays on shipments.
At least we quality control our items before sending it to you. No excuses for the lack of communication from us to you though - that is not acceptable and I will rectify it internally here.
