From my many years experience from BMW, i can tell you that every aluminium trim piece on the driver's door is dented/scratched.
And the service is normal, an vehicle check is once a year, that's right. But vehicle check service is useless. Nothing is done during that service. Oil service is 25000kms/24months.
And Allianz is the best warranty you can get other than the factory one. And I don't think an aftermarket exhaust voids the warranty.
