Yes the rear sensors are still available. The silver bulbs produce the same color light as the orange bulbs when the turn indicators are on HOWEVER, you avoid that "egg yolk" (which many have talked about in the forums) look coming from the corner of the headlights. Its a simply upgrade which looks great.
