I believe the base audio speakers are 4 ohm. Keep in mind, the OEM speakers don't have tweeters, so they will seem to have less of a presence. This will change with aftermarket coax speakers.
The Vibes you linked look to be similar to the previous models, and I know the application is a lot more forgiving than the doors, so I am sure they would physically fit.
