We seem to have created a culture which rather than encouraging and applauding people to strive for better, seems intent on beating everyone down to the lowest common denominator. Most of the world seems to have given up on Communism but it seems it's very much alive and well, right here in the UK!

It's an entitlement culture. A lot of people know their rights and what they are entitled to, but seldom consider their responsibilities.
