ok, here it a better explaination i think. the reason why you have universal because it can either fit 4x114.3 or 5x114.3. to explain the 8 hole, the 4x114.3 share 1 of the 5x114.3 hole. get it?? makes no sense making 9 holes.
and yes you can fit your wheels on you e90, since honda and acura have a high offset, when using a spacer adaper like this one
25mm thick it will lower your wheel offset and should fit. i think acura tl have like a 50mm offset. but dont quote me on this one. take it to a professional. why would you want to use you acura wheels for your e90??
