[JLR1969]

I have taken the private plate off my car and have been advised as to the new registration number. New tax and MOT arrived today.

However the V5C will take up to 4 weeks.

The new owner will pay me via CHAPS for the car and wants to drive it ASAP.

All I am bothered about is him having an acident or getting points when the car is still in my name.

Is there any way around this??
