19x8.5 and 19x9.8 probably wont rub unless you have aggressive offset and lowered your car..
328i coupes can run on about et35 with 245s for fronts without rubbing. rears can run thin 265s on et32 without rubbing. Anything more flush, you gotta research. I run on et30 with fat 265's rears and it rubs...
Bottom line is, it will fit easy, but may rub.
