the first one is your strongest image and quite good compositionally.
don't tilt your camera. it's amateur and awful. a crutch to add "creativity" but looks as awful as selective color.
don't use fake blur. learn what distance and lens and settings combinations will allow the blur to occur naturally.
your subject should not be reaching the edges of your frame - unless you're focusing on a part of your subject specifically, in which case the overall subject will be overlapped by the frame edges.

i don't use the word "should" as if it is a rule for subjects, but that the idea falls under the art principles of composition and balance.
