I emailed the organizers and have gained the following additional information:
The Roll-on runs will take place on TMP's dragway. Both competitors will start off behind the staging area and accelerate evenly towards the staging box. Once they approach the pylon placed near staging tree, (hopefully both still together) and near 50mph they will accelerate until the stop pylons (past) the 1320ft trap.
The total 3000ft long track has 1700+ft of run-out to slow down. Initially, there will be no classing... just a free-for-all with grudge match opportunities. The event will happen early in the afternoon on Sunday. Below is a Youtube video of an example at TMP. They will be using this event to guage interest from the public to start a series, or at least a regular-type occurrence.
