Any fault codes?
You changed one solenoid it may have been best to change both. I have had a fantastic outcome when I replaced both. However, you are better of checking things rather than throwing parts at it first. At that mileage it might also be worth checking out the plastic timing guides, tensioners and sprocket. Doesn't take more than 15 minutes to inspect or half hour of labour in total.
