For you DIY at home guys, what do you use to raise the car?

The floor jack I have doesn't have the clearance to get under the jackpoint and the ramps I have don't have the clearance from the front bumper.

I realise there are some who have lifts or do all their work in a "real" garage, but for those at home, what type of jack/ramp do you use?
