1. Not quite sure what you mean here, are you asking if you need to reflash to a stock map? If that's your question - no, you don't need to reflash.
2. Replace ALL mosfets, otherwise you run a high risk of another failed mosfet. Once you have one go out, others are soon to follow...ask me how I know. That's in addition to being stranded in the worst possible place and at the worst possible time.
