Tischer needs to get their act together and add a shipping charges calculator. They're good at everything else, they need to fix this. It is unacceptable in 2011 to not being able to provide (and confirm prior to shipping) shipping charges for an online order.
I'm sure the OP can get a refund, one way or another on this. I'd call Tischer directly first though and complain.
