It depends, are u getting any timing drops or are u one of those that don't data log?

E85 will correct most timing drops when adding it to an aggressive map. For me I only have access to 91 octane so I can't run aggressive maps. When I add e85 the car loves it and I get no timing corrections and my fueling looks good.

To really take advantage of e85 use the maps made for it. As for mods that all depends on what Cobb recommends for each map

Always log to check for fueling esp with e85.
