Openly discuss your issues but factual, without emotion and definately without the personal assumptions floating around on the previous pages from others.
Ask the dealer to get a BMW warranty/technical expert into the dealer to meet with you and back it up with a call to customer services. Get all facts, purchase info and subsequent conversations in to a clear summary. Good Luck
