I think the song you might be talking about is track 11 on the Bourne Supremacy soundtrack, Bim Bam Smash. That's when Bourne and the russian agent is driving around Moscow shooting each other. Another good track is on the Bourne Identity soundtrack is track 6, Escape from Embassy.
Don't ask why I'm into soundtracks, I don't know either. Another good driving song from a soundtrack is one of the title (and trailer) songs for Kill Bill Vol. 1, Battle Without Honor or Humanity.
