Try BG44K ... I have used it twice in the wife's car and it certainly stopped it running rough the 1st time I used at about 40,000 miles ... it working after about 30 miles ... thus using a second tin a year later !
It is supposed to be far stronger than 'normal' injector cleaners and has more of the expensive additives that clean than the cheaper 'Halfords' types of cleaner.
If you Google reviews on BG44 you won't find anything negative (well I didn't anyway).
I don't think many of the reputable makes on the market are bad - just that this is far stronger but still safe. You pay for the strength though - it is getting on for £20 a tin (which is enough for one tank of petrol in one go).
I would certainly recommend it on the basis of the change in my wife's car !
