If the plugs haven't been changed in a while I would at least pull them out and check them. They are only good for about 50k. I just finished up a tank with Techron and was having the same issue.
Totally gone now. A little rough at startup before, now smooth as can be.
Very pleasantly surprised, i've always been skeptical of additives. Didn't expect such an improvement with a direct injection motor. Just ordered a couple more bottles for my RRS and E46.
