Check for air leaks on your intake or vacuum hoses. Other than that you could try resetting the ECU or adaptive throttle since you just did plugs and the airfilter.
Not sure if unhooking the battery for an hour or overnight actually works, or if the throttle reset does either but it cant hurt.
