There are three kinds of people - those who can and want to tweak, those who want some help tweaking, those who want more of a set and forget approach.
The mfgs has realized this and are starting to come out with/has released some great solutions for each. MS-8 users tend to fall into the the last of those three (I'm a reformed tweaker and now a lazy listener
