I've never used a check before. If I have to pay for a CC bill, I would just pay for it online. As for the checking account, I would have my parents pay for it and give them the money in cash. Because for a while they were charging me a minimum balance fee. I thought there was no such thing but the agent I spoke to confirmed it. Then one day I stumbled upon this agent and he said they shouldnt be charging me for that and so he refunded the money. Thus I still have a checking account. I also havent been using the checking account for a while so I didnt need it.
