saw this one in the parking lot of Red Lobster on 11/24 around 10pm, had Pennsylvania plates though, so he might not be local. Also had a weird sticker to the left of the plate, couldn't make out what it was.



and this one was this saturday outside of The Blue Martini in the Downtown/Brickell area. about 3am. nice e90 BTW.
