So, I thought it worth checking to see what the hassle might be on a E90.
Buy an Audi.....the switch for rear fogs is beside front fog switch.
...so if it's a SEPARATE switch, why do I keep seeing Audis with their single
rear fog turned on ALL THE TIME - even when it's not raining or snowing?

Depending on what year, but they are too easy to turn on by mistake and people are stupid and don't look at their dashboard to see what they have turned on. I know in my mum's 08 S4, you have to pull the switch, but the switch is the rotary for the headlights. Weird system. I prefer ours.
