The major pain is converting to xenons from halogens in the first place. You might be better ofg with Euro housings since you'll probably not have the adaptive feature.

Well essentially for a pre lci you need to tap a ground wire and then do some soldering. Based on a DIY i have read it doesn't seem too complicated.
