.... No.... It shouldn't, I don't see any O2 sensors hooked up, based on your pics... If you don't physically see anything hooked up to them yourself, then don't worry about codes... Now, if you do emission testing, and the place you go hooks up a sniffer, then you may have something to worry about, but, IDK how things are handled in PA, do they just go thru your ODB port? or do they place a sniffer on your exhaust?
