Teslaastro, i've debated it over and over as u must have. But in the end, just take the 4yr maintenance into account and the fact that the 135i is faster in everything and has better gas millage. It will help you adjust for the price a little more. I mean at 35675 + 1000(ZSP) + 500(Comfort Access), it goes to 37175. Not a bad deal i'd say. Plus, you can't take the fam on a ED with the infiniti.
