Comfort on bad roads seems to be the OP's priority. I'm sure the FSD's are more comfortable than BMW PS.
I really don't think FSD/eibach are more comfortable than the BMW performance shocks + performance yellow springs.

First of all, the FSD's were designed for stock OEM sport springs. The eibachs are shorter so you'll lose a bit of travel.

Second, best comfort and handling is achieved through critical damping ratio. I'm sure BMW engineered their performance shocks alongside with the performance springs together to achieve this ratio. That's why the performance suspension setup is vehicle-specific (can't mix and match the ones from E90 with E92), whereas, the Koni/Eibach setup is generic.
