Email Cobb and see what they say. Try logging requested boost, actual boost, requested load, actual load, charge air temp and WGDC(i doubt it matters which bank) and post up the logs to see if we can help. To be honest it could be IATs as far as the boost goes but i wouldn't think that would affect vaccuum at idle.
