Yes, you can get a sport bumper, & performance diffuser (or a whole CF diffuser by Duke Dynamics). You would have to trim the rear bumper just a bit to get it fit. There is a thread here shows how to trim it. Piece of cake though.

I got the paint job for $1700. labor is cheap here.
The Angel Eyes's part & labor cost a bit more than $700. Totally worth it.
