Many have posted it's alot of work to Lemon the car. Your best bet is to call BMW NA directly and tell them 22 days is not acceptable and you are not getting off the phone until someone helps you. Even step above the person your talking to, if you still get no help, tell them you will continue to call back every 5 mins till someone helps you or calls you back right away. You need Priority 1. Someone on this forum did that and got a call from higher ups at BMWNA and got resolution quicker. Remember the squeeky wheel gets the grease.
