Rough idle - overheating

Hey there. I have a BMW 325i E90 which has developed for some time a fluctuating RPM when standing at idle. Up until the engine starts to heat up there is no fluctuation in the RPM. But once it heats up it varies between 650 and 670 RPM continuously. It's anoying and there's something definitely wrong. I'm very upset that BMW can't figure out what's wrong. I've been to BMW had numerous diagnostics done but they can't figure out what's wrong. I also have had problems when starting the engine in winter. It would start and they die. I had to try 3 times before it would start completely. If I pressed the gas pedal before it cut out, the engine would be fine and continue working. They updated my software and everything was fine for a while. Now this problem also came back. The car shakes slightly when it starts.
Any thoughts?
