Just finished plastidipping my trim and badge today. Got to say the badge turned out perfect, but the trim needs some more work. Overall looks terrific, and makes a HUGEE difference, but I ran into a few issues, too, so I think i'm going to re-do it whenever I have a free weekend.

A few issues I ran into: I can see my overspray patterns when viewing the trim from in front of the car, and I think my coats weren't too even. When peeling off a few areas, I exposed tiny areas of the chrome trim, and some areas didn't peel off as clear, so there was extra paint hanging.

And how the hell do you take the plastidip off the parts that are already black / rubbery, right under the trim (or behind it, on the top part)??

Next time, I'm definitely gonna get one of those spray can comfort grip things to make things a lot easier.. my finger is SOOO sore after applying 4 coats.
