Anyway rant over, my e90 also looks like the red car in your pic, and its only a 320d (not sure of weight compared to i), although it is a saloon...
Who fitted yours, and were the rubber spring perches changed at all (they get a bit squished over time and can take an easy 6mm+ off the original ride height)?
Are the springs mounted properly on the lower seat and located properly in the upper seat?
I know they settle after the first 2 weeks or so but I echo what has been said in that they will not drop by as much as they would need to to look like the red one.

I got it all done at m-style in romford london.
Im not sure if they changed the rubber perches? I asked them about sourcing those perches that are avail from the US. If not i'll order them myself!
