All the cables and harness were provided by Technic. The amp is an JL XD 600/6.
The installation was done exactly like in this link:
http://www.the9thyard.com/2012/03/e9...o-upgrade.html where you can also see the cables as well (it's not my installation in the DYI link, but I followed the exact steps.
I will try to connect the ground cable to a different ground point and see if it makes any difference. I will report back once I do it.
