I'm interested to know if they only changed one glow plug or all of them?

I've only got the one at fault, but I've read this on the ECP website:

While there is no scheduled replacement interval for glow plugs they do have a limited lifespan and are often forgotten about until they fail. The amount of heat which a glow plug produces diminishes over time and this causes the engine to become progressively harder to start in cold weather. For that reason it is advisable to replace the glow plugs every 40,000-60,000 miles.

There's 20% off all parts currently so I can get 6 plugs delivered for £72, so I think I'm going to do all of them.
