No cause for concern. This is the engine (and gearbox) undergoing it's cold start procedure, the idea being that if you can warm the engine up quicker, you may use more fuel/give out more CO2 in the short term, but will use less fuel/give out more CO2 in the long term. I think it's also has a secondary benefit in that it is better for the engine life too. A bit like driving the car to warm it up is better than leaving idling on your driveway.
