Yeah I had the occasional judder when it was cold but because the car sits all week and only gets used at weekends I was putting it down to that. I'd give them a ring mate, you've just got to agree to cough up for the gearbox removal but if there's a fault the warranty will pay that. Mines a 318d but they suffer from the same issues. BMW have a new flywheel and clutch out now which cures the judder and so far its night and day difference, it feels a different car to drive
