I was hoping to get another 10k from all 4 tires and then switchover to get flats. I guess I will have to buy 4 regular tires and keep the rft as a spare (i have an extra wheel).

So what happened?
I had no problem with my winter swap - I just swapped the cut one, and no problems / driving difference what so ever.
Now I've got a bubble on one of my summer tires. Tires have about 7,500 miles on them, and lots of tread depth (I only run them for 7 months). I slipped a penny in there and I've got almost 6/32 of tread depth.
I'd ask my dealer, but they've only proven they don't know ANYTHING.
What's the consensus now? With 3-5000 miles, no brainer - just swap the tire. But at what point should I consider swapping 2 or 4?
