No it is not unreasonable Ian.

If you read my post I said "the car was not unstrapped properly."

We do not use that arm to strap. We go up and over the control arm behind this one. The only explanation I have that is when I unhooked the hook and put it back over it caught on the one that was damaged. The car is prevented from moving forward by rubber chocks in front of the front wheels rather than the tension on the straps.

I can explain further with pictures tomorrow. I just wanted to respond now so people didn't think I was formulating a response.

Any other responses will now be made tomorrow because I want to enjoy the rest of my time off with my son.
