I doubt you're protected under any lemon law if you knowingly buy a factory buyback. Buy a new one if you want that kind of protection. You won't get it for $21k though.

Wow $21k. Awesome deal! I was no where close to that. I paid $28k CPO with 44k on it (I-Drive, Nav, Sports Package, Automatic, Premium Package, etc..)
