quick update -
so in trouble shooting i made a decision to take a portable battery jumper box and connect it directly to the battery in the trunk since i was getting 12v under the hood. (i know it was risky but thought what the heck) by doing this i was able to wake the car up and unlock the doors and start the car. i have a friend bringing me a new battery and then re-coding all models in the car for the alarm tonight.
please GOD let this be the issue
if not than i am heading straight to BMW of Austin and having them replace the modules and cable as Bmertek explained.
