if it were me , i'd get the ZB number of the module and try to flash the software using WinKFP to see if that brings it back to life.
Reason I say this is because I flashed my TEL/MULF module and mid flash my battery went dead ( someone kicked the cable and the clip came off my charger doh!). When I got power back on it said the same message and bluetooth was nowhere to be found.
I reflashed the module and it's back up and running ( took 2 hours to flash thou !! )
