I was thinking of going with the DIY at the top of the page with one exception.
Use the following quick release to remove the tablet:

Or go with the quick release and a Kuda mount.
ProClip also makes a swivel and I was thinking of that to add tilt swivel capability.

Definitely the quick release system.
Probably with the DIY. This offers a clean look that you can take out and only leave a small bracket in front of the dash.
