The actual factories have the control of what finish is applied and it actually changes slightly on occasion. The only people that I know of that have consistent paint codes are dealerships, body shops and the custom wheel companies who get powdercoating and painting done locally. I don't know of any cast wheel company (that we carry at least) who has touch up paint or their paint codes for that matter.

VMR does offer touch up paint, for Matte black, Hyper Silver, and Gunmetal.
