If you have a dc volt meter its easy to test:
With nothing powered on test the voltage - normally a fully charged lead-acid is around 12.8 volts, not sure if AGM is different but I would assume it's the same.

Next power on the headlamps, fans, radio etc with the engine off
The voltage will dip some, but should stay above 12v

When you start the car the voltage should be 13.2 - 14.5

Good luck, hopefully its something easy.
Reading from those codes seems that battery over charged to like 17v and i think it should not surpass 15, i just hope i didnt cause any damage to the motor/transmission as battery and water pump is easy fix a bit pricey though
