It is all about Demand.
Look at the KBB, deduct 5-10% and that is what it is...
And don't look at the Excellent one.
Also, go to Carmax, get an estimate -- the dealer will give you $1000-2000 below that, the private party could fetch $2k above that.
Carmax will not give more than $36-37k on that car
How I know it? I just went through all of this about a month ago and my car had some add-ons worth a few $ and was a CPO till 2015
6/100k, and was the DCT (more desired) transmission!
It is an amazing car, however, it hurts more if you set your expectations too high
