on the lower right hand side theres a "track and trace" button, click on the "All users" one.
A new window/tab will pop up , then you just put it your vin number under "Cargo id" and click track. Easy as pie and its updated much faster than the 800 number ever will.
You have to use various other sites to track the actual ship though. This site only tells you the schedule and the estimated arrival date. |
Yeah that's what I've been trying to do. Either it doesn't like me because I'm on a Mac or because I'm in Japan.
I keep getting a blank screen after I click track and trace.
