"INPA works on Windows 7 64-bit without issues on my machine. I even run it on a Mac where windows 7 64-bit is in a virtual machine. What you have to do is to right click on the installer and hit "Troubleshoot Compatibility", then go "Try Recommended Settings" (to let windows run it in proper compatibility mode), then hit "Start the Program" and it'll start it in Windows XP Service Pack 2 compatibility mode. You'll need to do this for each of the 3 INPA setup files provided in the download."

Thats the problem, there is too much info going around and those that know what to do say refer to that thread, but in reality its not the easiest program to get up and running...I am sorry there are noobs like myself trying to get it working but its also very disappointing that people who already are familiar with it basically give no efforts to others to get it working, besides refer to the thread!..
